Shipping and Returns
We ship worldwide using USPS which generally takes 2-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping from the United States can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on your location. We are not responsible for lost packages due to post office error, please contact USPS if you are having trouble receiving your order.
We do our best to get your items out to you as quickly as possible. If you are trying to meet a deadline please contact us before purchase to see if we can accommodate. Please note our processing time is subject to change at any time especially around sales, promotions and holidays. Please email us at email@example.com if you are trying to make a specific deadline before purchase.
We hope you love everything you order, like so many of our customers do! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return anything, except for SALE items, ACCESSORIES, and MADE TO ORDER, within 15 days of purchase.
For a full refund we ask that items be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging including tags and returned within 15 days of receipt of your order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on SALE items, ACCESSORIES, or MADE TO ORDER items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
